Booking & Payment

A deposit/retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not officially reserved until the required payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All services, package details, add-ons, and pricing will be listed on the client invoice. Any services not listed on the invoice are not included in the booking.

The Boujee Booth Experience will arrive approximately 30 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the photo booth. If earlier arrival is requested, an additional non-operational hourly fee may apply.

While we make every effort to keep the booth operating throughout the rental period, brief interruptions may occur for maintenance, adjustments, troubleshooting, or equipment needs.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue provides proper access, space, and power for the photo booth setup. The photo booth requires an appropriate setup area and access to a standard power outlet.

For outdoor events, the client must provide full overhead coverage to protect the booth, equipment, backdrop, and accessories from weather, heat, wind, or other outdoor conditions.

The client is also responsible for providing any required venue access, parking instructions, badges, tickets, or entry information needed for setup and breakdown.

Some photo booth features, including SMS and email sharing, may require reliable Wi-Fi or data service. The Boujee Booth Experience is not responsible for poor internet connection, weak signal, venue Wi-Fi issues, or limited cellular coverage.

If instant sharing is unavailable during the event, digital files may be queued and sent once internet service becomes available. When necessary, digital copies will be provided after the event.

Deposits/retainers are nonrefundable if the client cancels the booking. If the client needs to reschedule, The Boujee Booth Experience will make every effort to accommodate the new date based on availability.

If the new date is unavailable, the original deposit/retainer may be retained. If an event is rescheduled for a future calendar year, updated pricing may apply.

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments already made, especially when custom work, custom designs, special props, custom backdrops, or other personalized services have already been prepared.

Custom overlays, custom templates, backdrops, props, prints, audio guest book services, chocolate fountain rentals, or other add-ons must be confirmed before the event. Any custom work may require additional time, fees, and approval.

Once custom work has been started or completed

The client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment caused by the client, guests, venue staff, or anyone attending the event.

The Boujee Booth Experience reserves the right to pause or stop services if guests misuse the equipment, behave inappropriately, damage property, take inappropriate photos, or create an unsafe environment.

The client agrees to provide a safe work environment for The Boujee Booth Experience staff and equipment. We reserve the right to stop services and remove equipment if staff experience threats, harassment, violence, unsafe conditions, or disrespectful behavior.

No refunds will be issued if services are stopped due to unsafe conditions or inappropriate guest behavior.

Clients may choose whether they allow The Boujee Booth Experience to use event photos or videos for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, website content, or marketing.

We respect client privacy. Photos will not be used for promotional purposes if the client does not give permission.

The Boujee Booth Experience is not responsible for venue restrictions, internet issues, power outages, guest misuse, event delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. The Boujee Booth Experience is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment, or other related claims.

By submitting a deposit, signing an agreement, or booking services with The Boujee Booth Experience, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rental terms and conditions.
